Description

i had a rather sudden spurt of love for steelblue, so i edited my latest digital picture and made this deviantID. wh00t.

does anyone know how to resize a picture in photoshop 7? i want to know how to cut off parts of a picture. BLARGH. i don't know how to explain. bleh.
