up in the trees

this picture is SO much prettier in real life. you can see all of the individual colors i used to shade everything. ):< the scanner blurred everything, and it ate up all of the green. rrrrrrrrrgh. but i love how this turned out. shading with multiple colors is so much fun.
and the parrotdragon is supposed to be holding a mango. because mangoes [does the plural form have an e?] are the best fruit ever.
inspired by my lolo's house in ilocos sur. he has so many fruit-bearing trees in his yard. everything [the agricultural part, at least] is so GREEN there.
